Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer based in our Gurugram location. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting project estimations, and performing cost analysis for architectural and interior design projects. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, conducting thorough research, and engaging in negotiation with vendors and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation processes
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering principles and practical applications
- Excellent Research skills to gather relevant information and data
- Effective Negotiation skills to engage with vendors and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision under deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for estimation and planning
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Some experience in architectural or interior design projects is an advantage
