Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer based in Kozhikode. The primary responsibilities include analyzing and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing project cost estimations, conducting research, and supporting tender documentation processes. The Estimation Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate project planning and cost forecasting while fostering relationships through negotiation and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices
- Experience in conducting in-depth research for project specifications and cost analysis
- Effective Negotiation skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Work experience in the construction or allied industries is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines
