✅ Knowledge:
- Strong expertise in façade systems: Unitized Systems, Curtain Wall, Semi-Unitized System, Cladding, Steel Fabrication, Skylight, Doors, Windows, and Handrails.
- Thorough understanding of project specifications and prequalification documents.
- Comprehensive understanding of labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs.
- In-depth knowledge of the project lifecycle, cost breakdowns, and budgeting.
- Awareness of building codes, façade performance standards, and international pricing norms.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and site installation procedures including equipment, timelines, and their impact on costs.
- Advanced skills in material selection with a deep understanding of lifecycle processes from estimation to handover.
🛠Skills:
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in estimation tools/software like AutoCAD and Excel-based estimation templates.
- Ability to read and interpret complex design, shop, and fabrication drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, mentoring junior team members for consistency and quality.
- Strategic thinker with experience in cost optimization and value engineering without compromising on quality.
- Advanced analytical and negotiation skills to manage vendors, stakeholders, and complex project requirements.
- Ability to prepare and present cost analyses, recommendations, and reports to senior management and clients.
- Expertise in preparing contingency budgets to address unforeseen project challenges.\
