Job Title: Junior Civil Estimation EngineerExperience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in estimation & costing of civil construction projects.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and AutoCAD plans.
- Support in RCC estimation and basic BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) preparation.
- Assist in preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and basic rate analysis.
- Help in preparing block estimates and detailed estimates under guidance.
- Work on AutoCAD drawings for quantity verification and basic modifications.
- Coordinate with senior engineers for data collection and technical clarifications.
- Maintain proper estimation records, reports, and documentation.
Skills Required:- Basic knowledge of RCC works and construction estimation.
- Understanding of finishing works (plaster, flooring, painting, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel for quantity and cost calculations.
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drawings, reading & editing).
- Willingness to learn estimation and quantity take-off software.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
