Designation - Estimation Engineer
Position Overview :
The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, and BOQs for retrofit, upgradation, and modification works across MEP systems within facility management sites. The role ensures competitive and technically sound proposals that support project bidding, budgeting, and execution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in MEP estimation (retrofit preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire systems.
• Good understanding of BOQs, tendering & rate analysis.
• Strong analytical & coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare cost estimates & BOQs for MEP retrofit projects.
• Review drawings, conduct site surveys & assess requirements.
• Obtain vendor quotes & finalize cost comparisons.
• Prepare tenders, proposals & compliance documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers & internal teams.
• Support budgeting, cost control & project handover.
• Maintain estimation records & bid reports.
