Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation & Billing Engineer in civil construction, based in Delhi, India. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing bills of quantities (BOQs), conducting rate analysis, managing billing systems, and performing quantity surveying. The role also involves preparing accurate cost estimates, verifying contractor invoices, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing BOQs and conducting Rate Analysis
- Strong skills in Quantity Surveying and Billing Systems management
- Excellent Analytical Skills for cost prediction, reporting, and strategic decision-making
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in project and financial documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in civil construction or project management is preferred
- Strong proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Effective communication and team collaboration capabilities
