Position: Estimation & Billing Engineer (Civil Construction)
Role Summary:
- Responsible for project estimation, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and billing execution
- Ensure accurate cost control and timely billing aligned with project progress
Key Responsibilities:
Estimation & Costing:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings and specifications
- Perform rate analysis for civil works
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Carry out quantity take-offs
- Prepare and verify BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
Billing:
- Prepare and verify RA Bills and Final Bills
- Handle site billing activities (mandatory)
- Verify measurements and ensure bill certification
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice processing and payments
Coordination:
- Coordinate with site, procurement, and finance teams
- Track project costs vs budget
- Support vendor and contractor billing and reconciliation
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills
Experience Required:
- 5 to 7 years in Civil Construction Industry (mandatory)
- Strong experience in estimation and billing
- Hands-on experience in site billing (mandatory)
Qualification:
- BE Civil Engineering (NICMAR preferred)
