Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Estimating Manager to join our team on-site in Hyderabad. The Estimating Manager will oversee cost estimation for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in calculating budgets and resource requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing project specifications and drawings, preparing detailed cost estimates, collaborating with project teams, and identifying opportunities to optimize costs. The Estimating Manager will also ensure alignment with project timelines and maintain accurate records of all estimates.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Cost Estimation, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis for construction projects
- Experience with reading and analyzing project specifications, drawings, and blueprints
- Proficiency in Project Management and Scheduling tools
- Familiarity with Risk Assessment and Quality Control principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field- QSCM NICMAR preferred
- Hands-on experience in US framing constructions is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of estimating software and tools-Planswift
