We are looking for passionate, skilled, and patient-focused Medical Aestheticians / Aesthetic Nurses to join our Chennai team.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Treatment Support
- Deliver aesthetic treatment services in a safe, hygienic, and comfortable manner
- Assist doctors during aesthetic and dermatology procedures
- Understand client requirements and ensure a positive treatment experience
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
- Handle follow-up calls and client feedback professionally
Clinic Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Monitor product inventory and report shortages proactively
- Uphold hygiene standards and health & safety protocols
Client Engagement & Brand Support
- Promote relevant skincare products and additional treatments when appropriate
- Engage with clients through excellent service and communication
- Support brand engagement through social media interactions and patient relationship building
- Encourage reviews, testimonials, and patient feedback across platforms
OT Responsibilities (For Clinics with OT)
- Organize OT products and consumables prior to surgeries
- Monitor OT cleaning, fumigation, and sterilization protocols
- Handle autoclaving of surgical instruments and materials
- Ensure proper waste segregation and post-procedure cleaning
- Maintain OT discipline and infection-control standards
Requirements
- Qualification in Nursing / Medical Aesthetics / Cosmetology
- Experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, or cosmetic procedures preferred
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills
- Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and client care
- Team-oriented and detail-focused approach
