</div><div><strong>Responsibilities </strong></div><ul>
<li>Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs</li>
<li>Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs</li>
<li>Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced</li>
<li>Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks</li>
<li>Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed like painting and lawn care.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends</li>
<li>Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail</li>
<li>Must be able to follow directions and pass a drug test and background test.</li>
