Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Estate & Security Manager role based in Noida. The Estate & Security Manager will oversee the physical security of the campus, including access control, surveillance systems, and coordination with security staff to ensure a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.
The role includes managing estate operations such as maintenance of buildings, grounds, and facilities. The individual will develop and implement security protocols, conduct regular risk assessments, and maintain emergency preparedness plans.
Qualifications
- Defence personnel (serving, retired, and ex-servicemen) are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to eligible candidates with a Defence Services background.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Security and Security Management, including supervision of guards, incident response, and campus safety planning.
- Experience in estate or facilities management, including building maintenance, vendor coordination, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, prepare security reports, and implement preventive measures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.
- Relevant professional certifications in security or facilities management and prior experience in an educational or institutional environment are advantageous.
