Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Estate Manager role based in Jaipur. The Estate Manager will oversee day-to-day estate operations, including building maintenance, housekeeping, security coordination, and vendor management to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-presented. The role involves managing property-related documentation, monitoring service contracts, and coordinating repairs, inspections, and upgrades in a timely manner. The Estate Manager will handle resident and client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The position also includes planning and monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources to support efficient estate and facility management across Trimurty Builders’ properties.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Estate Management and Property Management skills to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess Facility Management (FM) skills to coordinate maintenance, safety, housekeeping, and vendor services effectively.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to prepare, manage, and optimize operational and maintenance budgets.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to address resident and client concerns, manage expectations, and maintain positive relationships.
- Relevant experience in real estate, residential or commercial property operations, or facility management at Hotel industry is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency with basic office software and property or facility management tools is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
