Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Purvanchal Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the operations and management of our commercial complex in Lucknow.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of commercial properties and facilities
Handling day-to-day maintenance and operations
Supervising staff, vendors, and service providers
Managing accounts, billing, and expense tracking
Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Tenant coordination and grievance handling
🔹 Requirements:
Proven experience in estate/property management
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial handling
Experience in maintenance and facility management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
🔹 Preferred Qualification:
Graduate in Commerce / Management or relevant field
Prior experience in managing commercial complexes
- Ex-Army personnel will be given preference
