Role Description
The Estate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tijara. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of estate and property management, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and operational, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders. This role requires ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing efficient operational processes to optimize property performance. The Estate Manager will work closely with the top management to align property operations with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Estate Management and Property Management
- Experience in Facility Management (FM) and ensuring the upkeep of properties and infrastructure
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for property-related operations
- Excellent Customer Service skills to address tenant and stakeholder needs effectively
- Solid knowledge of local regulations and property maintenance standards
- Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- A bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the real estate industry or estate management is preferred
