Role Overview
This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with the EMEA Corporate team, working with all the brands in The Estée Lauder Companies' portfolio and the regional affiliates. Reporting to the Manager, you will contribute to driving retail sales growth and optimizing e-commerce strategies through data insights, campaign execution, and effective site merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Gathering Insights and Action Planning:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data from various sources.
Analyze trends and opportunities to develop actionable plans for enhancing retail sales.
Campaign Execution Support:
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns to drive product sales.
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure timely and impactful campaign execution.
Site Merchandising Maintenance:
Manage and update site merchandising to enhance the online shopping experience.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, reflecting real-time inventory.
External Tool Management (SimilarWeb):
Oversee the use of external tools, such as SimilarWeb, to gather market intelligence.
Leverage insights to monitor competitor activities and inform strategic decisions.
Pan-EU PP Account Management Team Support:
Provide daily operational support to the Pan-EU PP Account Management Team.
Assist with client management tasks and address customer needs effectively.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct independent data analysis to derive actionable insights.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Site Merchandising Execution:
Implement and optimize merchandising strategies to boost user engagement and conversions.
Highlight key products and promotions effectively on the site.
Best Practices in External Tool Management:
Share best practices for using tools like SimilarWeb with the team.
Stay updated on the latest tool features to improve team efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Ideally, experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a talent for translating insights into action.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of working in a cross-functional team.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Independent, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
