Your role We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who will be involved in different projects aimed at enhancing the power of one of each distribution channel (Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce) with a focus on a specific regional market. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams like Procurement, Brand Management, Product, Go-To-Market, as well as getting exposure to other areas of the business. Main responsibilities Here some of the responsibilities you will have: Run weekly and monthly analysis on specific business areas Create insightful reports of your analysis to present to your manager and your team You will support your team with the identification of new business opportunities, and you will work on planning activities for specific market projects Definition of a strategic KPI's dashboard, in order to monitoring the efficiency of commercial operations in specific areas Main requirements: You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and: Educational Background in Management Engineering; Economics and Management; International Business Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions. Solid experience with data analysis and forecasting. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and compelling manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer focus and a willingness to take ownership of projects. Proven ability to drive change and drive results, with a passion for data and a desire to make a positive impact on the business.
