Essencea Infoserv Pvt Ltd is currently hiring for PORTER for the role of Customer Support Associate (inbound) complete WFH. * A customer support associate porter is responsible for assisting customers with their needs, which can include providing information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. * Candidate also handle tasks such as organizing merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting other staff members as needed. * Good communication and customer service skills are essential for this role. * Any Degree graduate proper documents like Degree, Intermediate. * Good communication skills * Good Convincing skills * Languages Tamil or Kannada( mandate), English * Own laptop must and should. * Wifi connection mandatory (atleast 50 MBPS). * Atleast 0 to 6 months experience in voice process. * Age 20 to 28 (Any Gender).
