Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Development
- Create a comprehensive development roadmap based on site assessments, feasibility, and business priorities
- Translate strategic intent into actionable project plans and milestones
2. Land & Project Evaluation
- Conduct detailed site visits, due diligence, and feasibility analysis for all assets
- Assess land potential, regulatory constraints, and development viability
- Recommend optimal development mix and utilization strategy
3. Regulatory, Legal & Liaisoning
- Lead all government and statutory approvals, permits, and compliance requirements
- Liaise with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to all legal and zoning requirements
4. Planning & Design Oversight
- Oversee master planning, design development, and project conceptualisation
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with business needs, cost efficiency, and timelines
5. Construction & Execution
- Drive end-to-end project execution, including contractor selection and management
- Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Ensure effective risk identification and mitigation throughout the lifecycle
6. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of accountability for Pune region developments
- Coordinate across internal teams (finance, legal, business) and external partners
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
7. Resource Development & Capability Building
- Build and strengthen capabilities across land acquisition, legal, liaisoning, planning, and construction
- Establish efficient processes and governance mechanisms for project delivery
