- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage household or guest requirements efficiently and discreetly.
- Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments as per service standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and living areas.
- Assist in event setup, formal dining arrangements, and special occasions.
- Handle wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and inventory management when required.
- Monitor household supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and security of residents/guests at all times.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements if required.
