About the role

Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage household or guest requirements efficiently and discreetly.
Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments as per service standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and living areas.
Assist in event setup, formal dining arrangements, and special occasions.
Handle wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and inventory management when required.
Monitor household supplies and coordinate replenishment.
Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and security of residents/guests at all times.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements if required.
