Product Engineer I - Generative AI & Assistants, ArcGIS Pro

They are seeking a Product Engineer I to improve AI assistant functionality in ArcGIS Pro, focusing on designing, building, and testing innovative AI Assistant experiences. Responsibilities: Work with the team to identify primary use-cases and workflows Contribute to the design and usability of ArcGIS Pro AI Assistant Develop and implement test cases and validate bug fixes Contribute to the maintenance, monitoring, and growth of the automated test suite Troubleshoot production issues in current and past software versions Support the team infuse AI Assistant capabilities across the ArcGIS Platform Research and stay up to date with latest advances in AI and application development frameworks Qualification: Represents the skills you have Python AI Machine Learning Natural Language Processing C# Building training datasets Fine-tuning AI models Semantic Kernel LangChain Esri ArcGIS platform Cloud services Software development processes UI/UX design techniques GIS Computer science Computer engineering Required: 1+ years of experience or training using an application development language (Python, C#) Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts Experience in building training datasets and fine-tuning/training AI models (NLP or vision) Ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment Strong analytical problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's in GIS, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field Preferred: Knowledge of software development processes Experience with natural language processing and generative models Familiarity with frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or LangChain Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS platform technologies Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure Knowledge of UI/UX design techniques Master's in GIS, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
