About the role

Do you love ArcGIS, but wish you could have a greater influence on the product? Do you have strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills and thrive on building relationships and working with diverse teams? Use your passion for software development and ArcGIS to put your stamp on the world's leading GIS software by becoming a product engineer on the software development team, focused on influencing and advancing capabilities across multiple ArcGIS products. In this role, you will work closely with product management to refine and prioritize requirements and articulate user workflows. You will act as a program coordinator with the product development teams to facilitate collaboration and building support for standards-based interoperability across products. You will test and prototype during implementation and communicate with internal stakeholders throughout the process.
