About The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced
ESP Solution Consultant to lead the design and implementation of advanced supply chain planning solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in enterprise supply chain systems who are looking to work on high-impact, end-to-end solution architecture projects in a fully remote setup.
The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical knowledge in supply chain planning, system configuration, and enterprise integrations, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using enterprise ESP modules
- Understand existing business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable system designs
- Configure and customize ESP solutions to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams during development, testing, and implementation phases
- Define and support user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios aligned with functional design
- Drive system integrations with ERP and other enterprise platforms
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Support hyper-care activities post-implementation
- Develop and deliver user training sessions
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Required Experience & Skills
- 7–10 years of experience as a Solution Architect / Consultant in enterprise supply chain planning systems
- Strong expertise in ESP-based supply chain planning solutions
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes and best practices
- Hands-on experience in system configuration and customization
- Strong database knowledge (Oracle) and proficiency in PL/SQL
- Good understanding of systems infrastructure and SDLC
- Experience in ERP integrations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Relevant certifications in enterprise supply chain platforms are preferred
