Key Responsibilities
Platform Development & Configuration
- Assist in the development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform
- Build and maintain forms, client scripts, business rules, UI actions, and workflows
- Support catalog item creation and request workflows
Support & Maintenance
- Analyse and troubleshoot incidents, defects, and user issues
- Work alongside senior developers to diagnose root causes and implement solutions
- Maintain platform data integrity and documentation
Platform Enhancements
- Contribute to new features, modules, and integrations as part of sprint activities
- Participate in technical design sessions and code reviews
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Collaboration
- Work closely with process owners, architects, and business analysts
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Support testing activities (unit tests, UAT cycles, regression testing)
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA (Computer Science / IT or related field)
- Minimum academic criteria: [65 oe 70 CGPA]
- No active backlogs (if applicable)
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (Mandatory)
- Core Java OR at least one programming language (Java / Python / C++) – Mandatory
- Solid understanding of OOPS concepts
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform (ITSM modules/scripting)
- HTML & CSS fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of SQL / Database concepts
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certifications CSA, CIS (any stream) is a plus.
- Good Knowledge of React or React Native
- Basic understanding of mobile development frameworks
- Internship or academic project experience
