Key Responsibilities
- Work on a range of share-based payment projects, ensuring accuracy, analytical rigor, and compliance with applicable regulatory and accounting standards (including Ind AS 102/IFRS 2, as applicable).
- Assist in the design and structuring of share-based compensation schemes (ESOPs, RSUs, SARs, etc.) for corporate clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder interests, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform ESOP and share-based payment valuations, including development of financial models, identification of key assumptions (volatility, expected life, risk-free rate, etc.), and preparation of valuation workings and reports
- Support market benchmarking and research exercises, including analysis of industry practices, compensation structures, and peer data, to aid clients in making informed decisions.
- Prepare client deliverables, including presentations, analytical notes, and reports, ensuring clarity, quality, and suitability for senior management (CEOs, CFOs, Boards).
- Contribute to the firm’s business development initiatives, including LinkedIn outreach and professional networking, drafting proposals and client communication, supporting content creation (posts, insights, thought leadership)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (including legal advisors, consultants, and clients) to support smooth execution and implementation of projects
