Pay and Incentive Plan:
Hourly Rate: $34.85

Purpose of Position:
A Tax Associate will support tax team members and advisors by delivering tax services to clients including preparation of tax returns and tax projections, as well as proactive tax planning strategies. This role is expected to help retain existing clients by providing a high level of service.
Principle Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Tax Preparation and Compliance
Tax Planning and Research
Relationship Management and Delivery of Tax Services
- Will support other tax team members and advisors to deliver tax services.
- Communicate with tax team members, advisors, and clients to resolve tax issues.
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure deadlines are met and to resolve any open items or client concerns.
- May occasionally deliver tax projections and planning opportunities directly to clients.
- Respond to any client inquiries related to tax services.
- Enhance client retention by providing a high level of service.
- Attend and participate in client meetings, as necessary.
Professional Development and Compliance
•Build and develop an understanding of tax law to support clients and team members
•Continuously pursue learning opportunities to enhance knowledge of tax laws and planning strategies
•Obtain professional licenses/designations/Continuing Professional Education (CPE) where relevant
•Comply with all regulatory and firm guidelines, policies and procedures
•Act with integrity and maintain confidentiality in every client relationship
