Employee’s State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) under the Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India has invited applications from eligible legal practitioners for empanelling as Panel Counsel and Advocates. The ESIC Advocate Recruitment 2026 is being conducted for Maharashtra region for the period of 2026 to 2029. Any practicing advocate registered with the Bar Council of India or State Bar Council is eligible to apply to act as an advocate for ESIC in various judicial, quasi judicial forums.
ESIC Panel Advocate Recruitment 2026 provides employment opportunities in various courts such as High Court, EI Courts, MM Courts, CAT benches and other Tribunals. Selection & Engagement Process for ESIC Advocates Recruitment 2026
- Candidates have to apply in the prescribed annexure-II or Annexure-III as per the notification.
- Initial screening of all applications is conducted to check for eligibility and full information.

Steps to Apply for ESIC Advocates Recruitment 2026

- Select the “Recruitment” section and click on the advertisement “Advertisement for Empanelment of Advocates for 2026-29“.
- Carefully read the complete notification including terms and conditions and eligibility criteria before applying
- Fresh applicants need to download prescribed format of application (Annexure-II), while existing panel members download application format (Annexure-III).
- Provide all necessary information correctly and self-attested copies of the following documents.
- Lay 2 recent colour passport size photographs and glue them into the space provided on the form.
- Prepare the application envelope—clearly superscribe the envelope with the court categories applied for.
- Attach the form of application to the registered post/speed post and send the same to the Regional Director of the ESIC Regional Office Maharashtra 5th Floor Dr. S.S. Rao Road, Parel, Mumbai – 400012.
- The physical application must be at the office at all costs no later than 1700 hrs on 28 August 2026 or sooner.
- Ensure that you have a postal receipt because late submission will not be accepted in the ESIC Panel Advocate Recruitment 2026.
FAQs
Only the practicing Advocates who are having recognized Law Degree from a recognized university and registered in the Bar Council along with required court experience are eligible for ESIC Advocate Recruitment. The experience in court varies depending upon the court/tribunal.
The candidates need to submit the application form in hard copy to ESIC Regional Office, Parel, Mumbai before 5:00 PM of August 28, 2026.
ESIC wants to form a panel of Advocates to represent the Corporation in different Courts/Tribunals in the State of Maharashtra for 2026-29. ESIC encourages all present panelists to apply for the renewal of empanelment.
The general validity period of the panel is three years. In addition to that, ESIC has the option to withdraw or re-issue the panel.
