The ESI Refrigeration Superintendent ensures that all safety programs, policies, and procedures are strictly adhered to across all projects. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. The Refrigeration Superintendent II is responsible for inspecting work in progress to confirm that workmanship meets the required specifications and that construction schedules are maintained. Additionally, this role oversees construction crews, providing leadership and guidance, while also assisting with construction tasks as necessary.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of refrigeration technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality work and efficient operations.

Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of various refrigeration systems, including commercial and industrial units, cold storage facilities, and HVAC-R systems.

Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of refrigeration projects, maintenance activities, and Assist the team in the installation of new refrigeration equipment and retrofitting existing systems.

Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and participate in on-call rotations as required.
Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members, vendors, and management.
