About The Role
Job Summary
The ESH Engineer is responsible for supporting basic environmental, safety, and health activities, including inspections, data collection, and compliance monitoring. This job profile is intended for early-career professionals who apply broad theoretical knowledge and require the ability to investigate and analyse problems. Solutions are typically discussed/verified with a more senior member.
This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: small, medium, large organization. Key Responsibilities Assist in conducting ESH inspections and audits. Support data collection and reporting for ESH metrics. Participate in training sessions and awareness campaigns. Help maintain ESH documentation and compliance records. Support incident investigations and follow-up actions. Skills & Qualifications Typically a university degree (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Basic understanding of ESH principles and regulations. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to develop in the ESH field.
