Role Overview
RePut.ai is looking for an experienced ESG Consultant / ESG Specialist to support sustainability reporting, ESG transformation initiatives, and climate-focused client engagements.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability data management, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to drive meaningful ESG strategies and implementation programs.
💼 Key Responsibilities
ESG Frameworks & Reporting Standards
- Lead and support ESG reporting initiatives aligned with frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, SASB, TCFD, CDP, CSRD, and ISSB
- Assist clients in preparing sustainability disclosures and ESG reports
- Ensure reporting accuracy, compliance, and alignment with evolving ESG standards
Sustainability Data Management & Analysis
- Manage ESG data collection, validation, and analysis processes
- Support carbon accounting, KPI tracking, and sustainability performance measurement
- Develop sustainability dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for internal and external stakeholders
Regulatory Compliance & Disclosure
- Support ESG regulatory compliance, disclosure requirements, and sustainability audits
- Stay updated on evolving sustainability regulations and reporting mandates
- Coordinate documentation and evidence collection for audits and assurance activities
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Collaborate with clients, leadership teams, auditors, consultants, and cross-functional teams on ESG initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder discussions, project updates, and sustainability presentations
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across multiple ESG projects
ESG Strategy & Implementation
- Support sustainability strategy development and ESG transformation initiatives
- Contribute to decarbonization projects, supply chain sustainability programs, and ESG implementation roadmaps
- Assist organizations in identifying sustainability improvement opportunities and long-term ESG goals
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, ESG, Engineering, Management, or related fields
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting standards
- Experience handling ESG datasets, reporting tools, and sustainability metrics
- Knowledge of carbon accounting and sustainability KPIs
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
⭐ Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience working in ESG consulting or sustainability-focused projects
- Exposure to SaaS, AI-driven platforms, or sustainability technology solutions
- Understanding of climate risk, net-zero strategies, or supply chain sustainability initiatives
