Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Gurgaon requires an experienced and driven ESG Manager. Need Immediate Joiners only. The ESG Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies, managing environmental policies, analyzing compliance measures, and driving innovation in sustainable practices. Key tasks include preparing ESG reports, engaging with stakeholders for sustainable partnerships, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards, and identifying opportunities to reduce the organization’s environmental footprint. The role is crucial in embedding environmental, social, and governance practices into the core operations of Ross Foodchain Solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in developing and implementing ESG strategies and sustainability initiatives
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive environmental impact assessments and monitor compliance with environmental policies
- Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement processes and fostering partnerships for sustainable development
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presenting ESG findings to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of global sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate on implementing ESG initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
- Experience in cold chain, food supply, or related industries is a plus
- Passion for sustainability and a proactive approach to driving innovative solutions
