Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Executive at our Gurugram office. The ESG Executive will lead sustainability initiatives, monitor environmental and social impact metrics, and develop strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to integrate sustainable practices, overseeing environmental performance, and engaging with stakeholders to communicate progress and align on ESG goals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) concepts and sustainability initiatives
• Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on environmental and sustainability metrics
• Excellent research, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration on ESG-related projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Experience in operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and impact assessment is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, or a related field preferred
