Your Impact: The Role
We are seeking passionate and innovative High School Teachers to deliver transformative English Language Development (ELD) instruction within our unique adult program (grades 9-12). You will be the key to helping motivated multilingual learners achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals.
We welcome applications from dedicated full-time teachers, part-time specialists, and retired educators eager to share their expertise in a flexible, supportive environment.
Choose a Schedule That Works for You:
- Full-Time (Exempt): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Part-Time (Nonexempt): We offer a variety of shifts, including 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM.
What You'll Do
- Design & Deliver: Craft and facilitate rigorous, standards-aligned ELD lessons that build true proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Inspire Engagement: Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom culture that fosters critical thinking, academic confidence, and a love for learning.
- Empower Every Student: Provide differentiated instruction and social-emotional support to meet the diverse needs of your learners.
