Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Escalations Team Lead in the trading industry. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing, resolving, and escalating client issues, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Key tasks include analyzing and prioritizing incoming escalations, coordinating with internal departments for resolution, supervising team performance, and creating detailed reports on recurring challenges to recommend solutions. The role also includes training and mentoring staff to improve escalation management processes and communication standards.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess issues and develop effective resolutions.
- Expertise in client relations, communication, and customer service management to maintain positive client experiences.
- Experience in team leadership and staff mentoring, ensuring effective collaboration and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in using trading platforms and related software, along with technical troubleshooting competencies.
- Knowledge of the trading industry, including familiarity with workflows, compliance, and operational standards.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create comprehensive reports and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
