Job Title : ESB and API Administrator
Experience : 3 to 10 Years
Location : Navi Mumbai
Job Overview : Integration & API Support Engineer responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise services to ensure high availability, performance, and system reliability across environments.
Handles deployments, incident resolution, DR management, and security compliance while leveraging IBM integration technologies and API platforms.
Requirements : Parodic Review and Analyze services / API for existing deployments
- Health check, Performance monitoring & tuning to ensure uptime.
- Administration, deployment, management and support of all environments.
- Reporting, Resolution / closure and RCA documentation of the issues
- Recommending best practices and optimum utilization of resources (infrastructure / hardware / Network / licenses) available.
- Ensuring consistency between DC & DR environment. Back up and restoration in DR servers on periodic basis and whenever there is new production deployment
- Recommending and updating the patches as and when required
- Logs/database monitoring and periodic purging.
- Maintaining deployment log with history.
- Closure of security findings reported in periodic security reviews.
- Coordination and communication with internal & external teams.
- Carrying out installations if required.
Critical competencies: ESB Developer Skills: IBM Integration Bus, MQ, ESQL, DFDL, XML, XSLT, Java, PL-SQL etc.
API Developer Skills: IBM API Connect, Data power, Swagger, SOAP, JSON etc.
