Role purpose:
The eWorks Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the daily operations and activities of eWorks, serving as the main point of contact for students and entrepreneurs, coordinating events and accelerators, and fostering the entrepreneur community within Esade’s ecosystem.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact point for students and entrepreneurs interested in developing their ideas.
- Organize, promote, and manage events such as Founders Meetup, Esade Entrepreneurship Summit, Demo Days, etc.
- Support the organization and promotion of the incubation and acceleration programs, coordinating both startup selection and communication between projects and mentors the daily operations and the content.
- Manage the community of founders and ex-founders, promoting networking and connections with new entrepreneurs.
- Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to advance the eWorks agenda.
Soft Skills:

Requirements for the position:
- Is a must to have prior experience in similar roles within the entrepreneurial or tech ecosystem
- Fluency in English & Spanish.
