As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Managing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission of delivering exceptional EC transformation and AMS services. Your expertise will enable organizations to streamline their HR processes, enhance employee experiences, and achieve their strategic HR and people goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in end-to-end EC implementation projects using the Activate methodology.
- Configure and manage core EC modules, including Foundation Objects, Position Management, and Time Off.
- Develop and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to ensure data security across various roles.
- Design and deploy complex HR workflows and Business Rules for data changes.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best-practice recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
- Provide advanced-level support and troubleshooting for complex HR business processes and EC issues.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations for successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with SuccessFactors releases and enhancements, offering system improvement recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data migration and validation activities.
Qualifications
- A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems.
- 7-12 years of experience working with different HR/Payroll systems and processes.
- Certification and experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least one Talent module.
- Completion of a minimum of 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
- Understanding of HR Technology-related business challenges and improvement strategies.
- Experience in SF EC and Payroll projects to enhance business functionality and performance.
- Ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels, facilitating discussions and workshops.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholders and relationships effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
