Job Description
Salesforce Techno‑Functional Consultant
Role Summary
Responsible for preparing Salesforce as a source for Customer MDM through detailed analysis, integration development, and testing support.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze Salesforce objects, fields, metadata, and validate Customer360 mappings.
Provide data dictionaries, extracts, attribute definitions, and S2T mapping validation.
Develop & validate endpoint/API readiness, OAuth connectivity, and integration setup.
Identify downstream Salesforce/ETL impacts from Customer MDM changes.
Support Salesforce data updates, cleanup tasks, and configuration changes.
Develop & validate search‑before‑create/Import functionality.
Provide SME support for SIT/UAT, including data validation and issue resolution.
