Job Description
A MuleSoft Integration Developer with Service Cloud experience is responsible for building robust, scalable integrations that connect Salesforce Service Cloud with various internal and external systems. This role involves designing APIs, implementing integration flows, ensuring data consistency, and supporting end‑to‑end integration architecture using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The developer collaborates with Salesforce teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless data exchange across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Main responsibilities
Experience with SalesForce CPQ is a must
Experience with Finance module is a plus
Experience with system integration (CRM-ERP) is a plus
Experience with BI is a plusTranslate functional analysis into one high-quality technical IT solution at application level, taking into account established requirements, quality, budget and scope
In charge for the quality of the technical design that meets the functional requirements and is at the same time consistent with architectural guidelines
Understand the functional and non-functional requirements
Prepare the technical analysis in accordance with the applicable procedures and processes and ensures that this is the case is aligned with the architectural vision and application architecture and that it is sufficiently future proof
Develop the Salesforce requirements, staying as close as possible to standard out of the box Salesforce; customize if necessary
Deliver technical test scenarios
Challenge business requirements if better technical solutions make more sense in the Salesforce environment
Ensure the release process is followed, using the release tools defined
Perform system tests and interpret test results
Provide technical support throughout the implementation process
Qualifications And Professional Knowledge
Proficient experience (5+ y) with SalesForce, Apex, VisualForce, LWC/Javascript, REST & SOAP API's (webservices)
Experience with declarative customisations in Salesforce (Flow, Permission Sets, Object setup, Approval processes, …)
Experience with PDFButler is a plus
Salesforce Certifications are a big plus - one or more of the following: Developer I and/or II, Javascript Dev, App Builder, Admin and/or Advanced Admin
Knowledge in other business technologies and platforms, such as MuleSoft and AX\D365 F&O would be a plus
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively both orally and in writing

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in SFDC development and API integrations.
- Hands‑on experience with Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub, and Mule 4.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce Service Cloud via REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, and Streaming API.
- Experience working with RAML, JSON, XML, and RESTful standards.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, error handling, and scalable API design.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git), defect tracking, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD‑Level 1 or Level 2).
- Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of Service Cloud-specific workflows (Cases, Email‑to‑Case, Knowledge, CTI).
