Job Description
SAP Techno‑Functional Consultant
Role Summary
Responsible for SAP readiness for Customer MDM by managing source analysis, integration development, and E2E testing support.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze SAP tables, attributes, and perform Customer360 mapping validation (S2T).
Provide SAP data extracts, dictionaries, crosswalk definitions, and SME inputs.
Develop & validate API/endpoint readiness, connectivity, and integration setup.
Assess downstream SAP/ETL impacts due to Customer MDM model changes.
Support SAP data updates, cleanup activities, and required code changes.
Develop & validate search‑before‑create/Import capability.
Provide SME support across SIT/UAT for business, data, and golden record validation.
