Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an ERPNext Technician based in India. The ERPNext Technician will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining ERPNext software solutions for clients. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, customizing ERP workflows, training users, and ensuring optimal system performance. The technician will also collaborate closely with teams to implement enhancements and improve business processes.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERPNext system configuration.
- IT Expertise: Knowledge of software troubleshooting, workflow automation, and system maintenance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to analyze business processes and requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communications, with the ability to train and support non-technical users effectively.
- Other Skills: Experience in customer support and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational Background: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with business management processes or prior experience handling ERP systems is an advantage.
