A. Business Process Mapping (EPC + ERPNext Alignment)
Map EPC lifecycle into ERPNext:
Lead → Opportunity → Quotation → Sales Order → Project → BOM → Purchase → Inventory → Execution → Billing → O&M
Convert real-world site workflows into ERPNext modules.
Identify:
Redundant manual work
Excel dependency
Approval bottlenecks
