Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Frappe/ERPNext Developer with hands-on experience in building, customizing,
and maintaining ERPNext applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in the
Frappe framework, Python, and ERPNext modules, along with the ability to translate business requirements
into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain applications on the Frappe/ERPNext framework.
- Build and modify DocTypes, custom scripts, reports, and workflows.
- Design and develop REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
- Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements.
- Perform data migration, data import/export, and database management.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
- Support deployment, version upgrades, and post-go-live maintenance.
Required Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in Frappe/ERPNext development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext architecture.
- Experience in customization, scripting, and report building.
- Knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB.
- Understanding of REST API integration.
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERPNext module development (Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud deployment.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
