About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ERP Next Developer with 2+ years of experience of business processes. The ideal candidate should not only write clean code but also understand how ERP systems solve real-world business problems across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext applications using Frappe Framework
• Understand business workflows and translate them into ERPNext solutions
• Implement and configure core ERP modules (Accounts, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing)
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and suggest optimal ERP solutions
• Customize forms, workflows, reports, and print formats
• Build APIs and integrations with third-party systems
• Handle deployment, migration, and version upgrades
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and system integrity
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in similar process.
• Strong experience with ERPNext & Frappe Framework
• Proficiency in Python
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST APIs
• Database: MariaDB / MySQL
• Git & version control

MUST HAVE: Functional Knowledge

Candidate should have hands-on understanding of business processes in ERPNext, including:

Accounting:

• Chart of Accounts
• General Ledger (GL Entries)
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Invoicing & Taxation (GST preferred)
• Payment Entries & Reconciliation

HR & Payroll:

• Employee lifecycle (Hiring → Exit)
• Attendance & Leave Management
• Payroll processing & salary structures

Inventory / Warehouse:

• Stock Entry, Stock Ledger
• Warehouse management
• Batch & Serial number tracking
• Purchase & Sales cycles

Manufacturing (Preferred):

• BOM (Bill of Materials)
• Work Orders
• Production Planning
• Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

• Ability to bridge gap between business & technical
• Worked on end-to-end ERP implementation
• Can independently handle client requirements
• Experience with real-world use cases (not just CRUD)
• Strong debugging and optimization skills
• Freelancing or client-handling experience is a big plus
