Hiring: ERPNext / Frappe Engineer (3+ Years Experience)
We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in the Frappe Framework ecosystem to lead customization, development, and optimization of our ERP systems.
Location
Hybrid role – Onsite at Por, Vadodara + Work From Home, based on the discussion.
About the Role
You will work extensively on ERPNext and Frappe Framework, driving implementation, customization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing, inventory, finance, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ERPNext modules using Frappe framework
- Configure workflows across Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Accounts, and HRMS
- Build custom Doctypes, reports, dashboards, and automation scripts
- Develop integrations using REST APIs and webhooks
- Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing user support
- Collaborate with internal teams to digitize and streamline plant operations
Technology Stack You Will Work On
- Backend: Python, MariaDB, Redis, RQ (background jobs)
- Frontend: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Jinja, Bootstrap, Vue.js
- APIs: REST APIs, OAuth2, Webhooks
- DevOps: Bench CLI, NGINX, Supervisor, Linux (Ubuntu), Docker (optional)
- Version Control: Git
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ERPNext / Frappe development
- Strong proficiency in Python and database design (MariaDB/MySQL)
- Experience in ERP customization (Doctypes, workflows, scripts, reports)
- Working knowledge of APIs and third-party integrations
- Ability to independently manage development and implementation tasks
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to manufacturing workflows (BOM, production planning, inventory control)
- Experience in HRMS, payroll, and attendance systems
- Prior experience in multi-location or plant-based ERP implementations
- Hands-on experience in deployment and system maintenance
