Job Overview:
The ERP Warehouse Analyst will be responsible for optimizing the integration of ERP systems with warehouse management
processes. This role involves analyzing data, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, managing system configurations, and
supporting the overall efficiency of warehouse operations through ERP tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• ERP System Management: Maintain and optimize the ERP system for warehouse functions such as inventory
management, order fulfillment, and stock control.
• Data Analysis: Analyze warehouse data within the ERP system to track inventory levels, identify trends, and ensure
data accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement ERP solutions to streamline warehouse operations and improve
workflows.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze warehouse-related reports from the ERP system (e.g., stock levels, inventory
turnover, order status).
• User Support: Provide support and training to warehouse staff on ERP system use, troubleshoot issues, and ensure
smooth system adoption.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration between the ERP system and other warehouse management technologies
(e.g., barcode scanners, RFID).
• System Customization: Work with IT teams to customize ERP functionalities to better align with warehouse needs and
improve operational efficiency.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and ensure accurate data entry and synchronization between the ERP system and physical
stock in the warehouse.
• Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse managers, logistics, and supply chain teams to align ERP system use with
business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and ERP reporting tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot system-related issues and provide user support.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) integration into ERP systems.
• Certification in ERP or warehouse management software (e.g., SAP Certified, Oracle).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
