At So What Fashion, we’re looking for someone who can keep our ERP operations running smoothly and support teams with technical solutions. If you enjoy problem-solving, system support, and working with data, this role might be for you.
• Role: ERP Technical Support
• Location: Camp, Pune
• Type: Full-time | On-site
• Experience: 2–3 Years
What you’ll do
• Provide support for the Logic ERP system
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and user queries
• Manage user access, reports & system operations
• Coordinate with teams for smooth ERP workflows
• Assist in ERP maintenance, testing & process improvements
• Train employees on ERP usage and best practices
Who we’re looking for
• Someone with ERP / Technical Support experience
• Expertise in Logic ERP will be helpful
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Knowledge of Excel, reporting, and troubleshooting preferred
• Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
