Job OverviewWe are looking for a Technical Support Intern to support our ERP software used by manufacturing companies.
This role offers hands-on exposure to ERP support, implementation, and client training.
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional support for ERP manufacturing and accounts modules
- Assist in client demos and user training
- Support ERP customization, testing, and implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues
- Use Excel to manage and analyze ERP data
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Required Skills- Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables; macros are a plus)
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (manufacturing / accounts preferred)
- Good communication skills for client interaction and training
