Role Description
The ERP Support Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kanpur. The role involves providing day-to-day support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting technical issues, assisting clients with system usability, and conducting system maintenance. The role also includes working closely with clients to understand their business needs, offering recommendations, and implementing solutions both remotely (off-site) and on-site.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills to resolve system issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of finance operations to support ERP functionalities related to accounting and financial systems.
- Customer service skills to provide effective end-user support and enhance client satisfaction.
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working with ERP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
