Role Highlights:
• Support daily ERP operations (D365 / AX 2012 / ERPNext or similar)
• Data entry, validation, corrections, and transaction monitoring
• Track PR, PO, GRN, invoices, and pending ERP transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution
• Prepare reports using ERP, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, MOMs, and process records
• Support ERP tickets, user access requests, and system enhancements
• Ensure smooth workflow across Procurement, Finance, Projects, and IT
Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in ERP support role
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (D365 / AX 2012 / ERPNext preferred)
• Knowledge of Power BI / reporting tools is an added advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
