Role Description The ERP Specialist will manage and optimize Kutchina’s enterprise resource planning systems to support core business operations such as inventory, supply chain, finance, and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring ERP modules, resolving user issues, monitoring data integrity, and coordinating with different departments to streamline workflows. The role involves generating and analyzing reports, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to implement system enhancements and new features. The ERP Specialist will also assist with user training, documentation, and compliance with internal standards and data security practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.
Qualifications
- ERP systems expertise, including configuration, maintenance, and support for core business modules (e.g., inventory, finance, sales).
- Strong data management skills, including data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting using ERP and related tools.
- Business process understanding in areas such as supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution, preferably in consumer goods or home appliances.
- Technical skills in SQL or similar query languages, basic system integration concepts, and familiarity with database structures.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and training end users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications in ERP platforms are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an ERP specialist, functional consultant, or application support role; exposure to on-site operations in manufacturing or retail is beneficial.
